We originally were interested in trading my husband's 3500 Dodge Ram after getting an email that Lou Fusz 'really wanted' that model/make...Richard Go We originally were interested in trading my husband's 3500 Dodge Ram after getting an email that Lou Fusz 'really wanted' that model/make...Richard Goldschmidt showed us a new eco-diesel, which my husband was interested in due to better mileage & good reviews...Rick took the time to go over all the features, but when I spotted a slightly used 2015 1500 Ram which was top-of-the-line, Richard was patient, allowed me to test drive & after showing us the 'numbers', presented a great deal...that was on Saturday, and while my husband needed time to think about it since he had his heart set on an eco-diesel, Richard took the time to locate one comparable to what we'd had...on Monday, we came in prepared to trade not one but THREE vehicles and for not ONE but TWO cars...my husband ended up with the 2015 1500 that only had 9100 miles on it & I drove away with a great deal on a 2015 Maxima...the service department, finance crew & manager were all very polite & respectful throughout the entire process & we couldn't be happier...thanks to Rick, and the Lou Fusz team, we'll be referring friends & family your way!
