Happy , but had serious customer service issues. This is the second truck I have bought here in the last 6 months and the fourth vehicle that I have had and hand in, in that same time frame. All four of the purchases we used the same sales representative. Robyn Hendrix is my go to person. She is kind and very professional. She makes you feel that she is out to get you the best deal and does a tremendous job and making you feel important. She is the sole reason that I have continued to do business with Lou Fusz. I have also dealt with Montez on two of my deals and while we may not always agree on things we have a give and take relationship that has allowed us to get a deal completed. My criticism of Lou Fusz is the Sales Managers. Everyone I have dealt with has taken and extremely long time to respond to deals, which is clearly a sales tactic. On my most recent purchase I was told that we were only ten dollars apart on the monthly payment and that Lou Fusz would make this deal happen, so come on in. Three hours later the same sales manager that said we would make it happen gave me an insulting offer that was over 28 dollars from the monthly payment and his "final offer" was the same offer that brought me into the door. It was a wasted three hours. I came back again, because Robyn felt that she could get the deal done and did eventually, but only after getting a different Sales Manager involved. I will never do business with George again. He is arrogant and not customer centered at all. The man was standing ten feet from me and didn't even bother to shake my hand or introduce himself even though I was trying to purchase a 50,000 dollar truck from him, however he could hug and shake hands with other customers. I watched him make deals for others while I sat there for a total of 6 hours and yet Robyn nor Montez could figure out why the deal that was being offered was not being accepted. If he has a problem with another employee that should not come out on the customer and it did. Thank goodness I was able to speak with the GM Mark who took the time to hear my story and ensure that I was able to get a deal done. More
