Excellant service for an undecided customer I recently purchased a preowned Jeep Compass from Lou Fusz Chrysler- Jeep in Ofallon, MO. Mike Gerber assisted me with my purchase. Mike offered several choices and was very patient helping me to narrow the choice before I decided on the Compass. After several days driving the Compass I concluded that it was just not the car for me. Contacted Mike about using the Fusz echange program; expecting not much enthusiasm on mikes part as he had already made a sale. Wrong! He was very helpful in explaining the program details and when we met he spent a great deal of time showing me other vehicles. When I finally made my choice Mike was just as patient and helpful and patient as with the original purchase. The second car was only $500 more than the first so I don't think Mike Had a big financial incentive to "go the extra mile". I was truly surprised at how stress free the buying experience is at Lou Fusz! More

Service department terrible!! Employee threw a tantrum! My fiat 500x has less than 20000 miles on it and the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and they said it "should" be ok to drive unti My fiat 500x has less than 20000 miles on it and the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and they said it "should" be ok to drive until their next earliest appointment of 2 weeks away. They said they couldn't do anything sooner because they had no rentals to give me. At this point I discussed my options with my significant other. After deciding that driving on a possible severe problem would be a bad idea, I called back and asked if I couldn't just get a rental vehicle on their expense so my car can be worked on. They agreed and told me to bring my vehicle up. They arranged for enterprise to come and pick me up after I checked in my vehicle. Everything was going great finally. Enterprise picked me and and took me to their location. Then I was told that enterprise policy requires a $50 deposit. I would have no problem with that... had it been explained to me by the dealership. Enterprise had even received confirmation from the dealership that this had been explained to me. I called the dealership and finally spoke with the service manager Brad. He said he would straighten it out and I wouldn't have to worry about it. I sat in front of the enterprise associate when Brad called about 15 min later. They explained that it is a refundable deposit. Again, the price isn't what I was worried about! It's the fact that I hadn't been explained this. Brad called me back and told me I just needed to put down the deposit because every rental company does this. I told him I understand that, but, I'm only getting a rental because the dealership didn't have a vehicle for me. I don't find it acceptable to have to put a $50 deposit down because of the dealerships error in not having a vehicle for me. He said that the dealership "basically" does the same thing so I needed to just pay it if I wanted a vehicle. As I was already at enterprise with no vehicle and no other way out I had to pay the money. I went back to the dealership because I had forgotten my garage door opener and spoke with the associate who had checked my vehicle in, Ken. He had someone pull my car around and while I was waiting i took the opportunity to tell him that it was very poor service to not explain the deposit to me. He told me "well it's only a deposit anyway" sighed and rolled his eyes. He fiddled on his tablet before he THREW his tablet on the desk and stormed off. My car arrived and Ken never came back. I got my opener and stuck my head in the door that Ken had gone into and told the people in the office that I had gotten my property out of the vehicle. I told them I wanted someone to know since the associate had stormed off. They came out looking surprised and told me his name before I left. I genuinely cannot believe how terrible the service is. An associate literally had a tantrum and stormed off!! I will be calling there tomorrow morning as I still haven't heard back from them regarding my vehicle! I'll update as the situation continues.... More

It made the whole experience more laid back and took the pressure off the sales guy. We worked with Montez Boyle, who was really great. He was honest and real, laid back and professional...we will be buying a GMC truck in a few months and wish we could take Montez with us! More

She asked what we were in the market for, we told her the price range and type of vehicle we were looking for. After looking at several cars we found one however we wanted to think about it over night. She was ok with that and didn't pressure us for a hold deposit. When we came back to look at other cars she was happy to help. And thru the whole process Robin did not try to sell us a car out of our price range or a different type of vehicle.
