Besides the engine for life and Car Pass benefits, they were dog friendly (and that's really important to me!) The salesperson Robert Langro was great, very knowledgeable and humorous. He pulled out all the stops to make sure I was a happy customer--from simply offering us water to drink while the paperwork was getting done, to making sure the new car was completely full of gas when we left. Edit: the pen they gave me sucks! Why even bother to give out pens if they're crap? :( More
