Mr Sears, We apologize for us not handling this correctly. Upon further review, the vehicle was purchased from us in 2011 with 9,900 miles. Through Carfax we were able to see you had 6 oil changes between 15,000 and 106,000 miles. Lou Fusz performed 2 oil changes around 15,000 miles. The engine for life replacement requires oil changes based on factory recommendations at every 7,500 miles. To have a valid oil change on an engine you would have had to have 14 oil changes on this vehicle. We are sorry we are unable to validate your oil change frequency due to the requirements of the lifetime replacement.
