His product knowledge was excellent and he answered all of our questions at the detail level. We first test drove the vehicle off lot and upon our return to the dealership we then drove the vehicle around the lot several times (with Shaun on board) and he demonstrated all of the vehicle features for us under actual user conditions. Ultimately we purchased a vehicle and after doing so Shaun helped us set-up the 'blue tooth'. He gave us his email and told us to call if at anytime he could be of additional service to us. Great service and a great purchasing experience. More

In comparing my experience at Lou Fusz with a previous leasing experience at a Honda dealer, I have to rate the Fusz group definitely higher (no bottom-line surprises at Fusz!) Brian was very responsive, not only when explaining the contract, but also in demonstrating the features of the car itself during the test drive--showed me how to set up Onstar, integrated my phone with Blue Tooth, etc. He even gave me a brief tour of the facility so I know where to go when returning for service, etc. I felt like my business was appreciated, I love the car, and will definitely recommend Lou Fusz to others! As a first time car buyer this put my nerves at ease and I felt truly comfortable in my decision to chose Lou Fusz Chevrolet for my first vehicle. I did not feel any sort of pressure to purchase a vehicle. She made sure that I understood everything the vehicle had to offer and exactly what the warranties meant and clarified any confusion I may have had.
