Stranded on Highway I had a water pump replaced under warranty. Next day the hoses came lose and I was stranded on the highway unable to drive the car. Help came within I had a water pump replaced under warranty. Next day the hoses came lose and I was stranded on the highway unable to drive the car. Help came within a short time. Filled fluids and drove it to the dealership. They made sure hoses were secured, fluids filled and topped off my gasoline and gave me a car wash. Mechanics should make sure to do a better job of tightening clamps. More

I went to the dealership and as soon as I walked in, Shaun Labeau approached me and asked if he could help me. When I described the car I was interested in, he immediately knew of the vehicle. I took it for a test drive and along the way Shaun informed me of the specs, city/highway gas mileage, etc. of the car. Paperwork went smoothly and Kevin Jackson in Finance was helpful and very detailed in explaining financing and additional warranty options.
