We’ve had commercial trucks. The salesman Brian over the commercial site is great! The issue becomes with the service department, which is terrible. We’ve had multiple bad dealings with them. This is the third vehicle that I’ve taken in for issues and always leads to multiple problems . You might ask why do I keep taking it there? I feel like if this is the dealership that we buy all of our trucks from they should be responsible/able to do the service work as well, especially when they’re brand new vehicles. It’s one thing to already have issues with brand new vehicles then to take it in for the repairs to come and find the issues were not addressed properly nor fixed . This is not just one time this has happened multiple times to our company with we brought in to their service department particularly MidRivers Lou Fuze. There are several people in the service department that seem like they have an attitude problem which is really disappointing when you’re a small business and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with Their dealership only to expect that you would have good running vehicles, and if there are issues that they would gladly take care of the problem knowing that your source of surviving is a small business and be happy to do it. This last time I took my vehicle in, which is under warranty for the sunroof and and the lights that popped out underneath the Side view mirrors on both of them mind you this was in December. They sent me a text saying the vehicle is complete. It took about a week.. I get there to pick up my Tahoe high country and I have to walk and find it in the parking lot in back then only to see that the lights are still hanging out of the side view mirrors so I walk back up and Bring to his attention that the lights were still out and he says they were going to superglue them, but the mechanic said not to do that and that I would have to replace the clips. at that point, I was frustrated and didn’t say anything when I should have but I was beyond frustrated. You would think buying an $80,000 vehicle that you wouldn’t want to be riding around with lights dangling down from the side view mirrors and would’ve given me the option or a phone call while they had it to fix the problem I shook my head, walked out and thought wow. Now back to the main problem, which was the sunroof that would not close and you may ask why would I have the sunroof open in December? I took my kids to look at Christmas lights in the park and after opening it, it would not shut it and we had to ride home like that. I get it sometimes there are issues with vehicles so I try to keep that in . They got me in about four days later and I had to keep my vehicle in the garage until they could get it in. Well now this past Monday, I was picking my daughter up from the bus stop. She likes to ride home with the sunroof open. She asked me and I Thought about it and said sure. Well, I’m sure you can guess what happened we pull in the driveway and guess what the sunroof won’t close. I’m absolutely frustrated at this point seeing it was just in the dealership for this issue then I go to call them and yes, I expect them to get it in right in seeing the roof is open we were getting snow this week and I would be without a vehicle again for something that I just paid for it to get taken care of. They told me they couldn’t get me in for at least four more days. You would think they would push me to the front of the line after just paying and being without the vehicle for a week not even a month ago they were very rude and did not care one bit about what I was going through with my vehicle so for that reason, our company and friends will not be buying any vehicle vehicles from Lou Fuze dealership any longer. I’m going to make sure and post this on every review board that I can to let people know what they are getting when they buy a vehicle from Lou Fuze. I hope that they fix their service department! DO NOt USE THIS DEALER SHIP ! !!! after spending a couple of hours going back-and-forth on numbers, we came to an agreement that I went back to finance. He was very rude. Wouldn’t !!! after spending a couple of hours going back-and-forth on numbers, we came to an agreement that I went back to finance. He was very rude. Wouldn’t check multiple finance places for the best rating. He handed me an iPad to do electronic signatures so I was reading through the paperwork and signing some of it, but I couldn’t see all the numbers when I asked questions about the numbers. He was very rude and I said I don’t like signing this because I can’t see the numbers written out. He said they were right and I put the iPad on his desk and said, I can’t read everything , he finished and submit and I was very upset. He did that walked out of the office. The sales man came outside to get me and I told him about everything. He asked if I wanted to go to another finance guy, but I said he already hit submit he had no right to do that. He went back and got the paperwork and told me that I had a couple more pages to sign so I was able to read those last page and sign it when I got home and read the paperwork. The numbers were wrong we agreed on 12,000 on my trade on and they only gave me 11,500. I knew it didn’t seem right. I should’ve had him bring my car back to me and leave extremely upset with the lies and manipulation. More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone after going back-and-forth. We came to an agreement then went back to finance and he was very rude. Where to begin…I’ve been coming to this dealership for close to 10 years for routine maintenance. Never had any issues until recently. I came in for general oil change. Stupidly, I agree to do the “extras close to 10 years for routine maintenance. Never had any issues until recently. I came in for general oil change. Stupidly, I agree to do the “extras” because it’s summer time and I expect to have a few road trips and need my vehicle running well. They have never proven me wrong until now. I came in with no issues but left with an engine light and thousands of dollars in repairs. I spent almost $7k between routine maintenance and now repairs in less than a month. Is it fixed?? Nope! Now I’m waiting on parts again to fix the so called same issue that was supposed to be repaired the first time….i guess third times a charm. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. I’m so mad that I’m being taken advantage of. They are attempting to fix the issue again but I have zero confidence. More

I picked up the car a couple days later and noticed once I got home it was still leaking a little, I figured it was just residual oil from the tech not cleaning it all off. So I brushed it off but that was a mistake because once It came time for me to do my next oil change I looked under the car and saw there was oil all over my exhaust, oil pan, oil cooler, skid plate, and the passenger side. Called the dealership asking if there was any way to diag it again to find the ACTUAL issue. They magically found it was the oil pressure switch that is a $5,000 job to replace. The first seal replacement was only 700$. The oil pressure switch is the lowest point on the oil pan which tells me they clearly diagnosed it wrong the first time. They are refusing to stand behind their work and make things right More
I had a great experience with Daniel Moore. I purchased a Cacti Green Chevy Trax 1RS. Not only was he professional, he was very patient with me and walked me through the buying experience. Normally this dealership is my number one choice until recently. I went there just to get information about it possible trade-in and showed little interest in buying something new however the dealer refus recently. I went there just to get information about it possible trade-in and showed little interest in buying something new however the dealer refused to give me any kind of information on the value of trading in my vehicle until I promised a down payment on something new the pressure that I felt to buy something was unreal and extremely uncomfortable. I can safely say that I will never be going to this dealer again as long as they continue these practices, customer should not feel pressured to buy anything! More
