He does a great job with keeping you up to date with the status of the work being performed. When things run a little tardy, he lets you know the reason why - not just saying "sorry, we're behind", which could mean anything from a customers perspective. Incredibly helpful, friendly & fast! I brought my car in for an inspection and an oil change, and they got me in right away. Their entire staff was incredibly friendly, but their service I brought my car in for an inspection and an oil change, and they got me in right away. Their entire staff was incredibly friendly, but their service tech went above and beyond and took the time to show me some additional features I didn't even know I had on my vehicle! He was also very thorough in explaining everything done to my vehicle! Great job! More

2014 Impala Repair I took a vehicle out of our fleet, a 2014 Chevrolet Impala 9C1 sedan in for some front suspension work. They replaced both front wheel bearing hub as I took a vehicle out of our fleet, a 2014 Chevrolet Impala 9C1 sedan in for some front suspension work. They replaced both front wheel bearing hub assemblies, both inner tie rods ends, and four new tires the car rides and handles like new. The repair cost total was around $3,200.00 which was very reasonable. I like to thank my service advisor Jason Walters for his prompt attention to this repair. More

Very good service department Recently need new brakes on my 2006 Lucerne. Firestone was going to charge me close to $1000. Lou Fusz charged around $650. Kevin Graham was awesome. He arranged a rental car for me while my 2018 Encore was being serviced. I was prepared to wait. He said I didn't need to wait around as the Engineers were still brainstorming me while my 2018 Encore was being serviced. I was prepared to wait. Another Service Representative whom I asked to reset my Bluetooth upon picking up my car the next day graciously did so. Now, that was a lifesaver for me. White Glove Service is what Lou Fusz is all about. More
