I was treated very unfairly The service department caused my vehicle to leak oil and then they refused to fix the leak. I returned to the dealership when i noticed the truck was The service department caused my vehicle to leak oil and then they refused to fix the leak. I returned to the dealership when i noticed the truck was leaking oil after they replaced the distributor. They had vehicle for a week and could figure out the cause of the problem. they were just guessing when they replaced the distributor. When the distributor was replaced, the mechanic forgot to replace an oil seal. I was told it would be almost another week before it could be looked at again. The service department is dishonest and inefficient. More

Bad Service on Vehicle, Lack of Customer Service - Not Happy To summarize, I received an email from Shelby Parker and Nick Caton regarding the following information about my vehicle and they would reach out to T To summarize, I received an email from Shelby Parker and Nick Caton regarding the following information about my vehicle and they would reach out to Tom Treiber (service manager) and he would be in touch with me on Monday. He did not reach out all week. I called the office on Thursday and confirmed he was there but not available and left a voicemail...still no response. I am putting this in here because I have done everything I can to try and reach out to them, but nobody took the time to reply and it's been over a week now. I brought my Chevy Equinox to Lou Fusz GMC on 1/2/2016 and had the oil changed. I also asked if they could check out a noise I heard when I hear bumps and check out the brakes because they were squeaking when I placed my foot on the brake pedal. They mentioned they would do this and upon completion of service, notified me that there were no problems. When I read the service receipt/ticket, it didn't mention anything about the brakes so I went back in and asked to make sure there were no problems with the brakes and was insured that they did check the brakes even though it was not on my receipt. My vehicle was serviced with about 120000 miles at this time. Fast forward to 1/5/2017, I took my Equinox to another automotive group to have it checked out. The vehicle had about a 129500 odometer reading at the time of service. I let them know I heard squeaking when applying brakes but thought probably wasn't big deal since the brakes were checked not very long ago and the vehicle is not driven very hard. They informed me that not only were all 4 brakes bad on the vehicle but also that they were so bad that the rotors had heat cracks in them because the problem had been let go for too long. They told me that obviously for 9,000 miles ago, that if the problem would have been corrected, then I wouldn't find myself having to pay for brand new rotors and new labor to install them. So, with all this said, I am contacted Lou Fusz GMC and communicated I believe my brakes were bad when I originally brought the vehicle in but maybe they actually did not check them as they said they did. This in turn cost me money but also put the safety of my wife and kids who ride with me in danger. It also lowers my confidence in the Lou Fusz name. After bringing my concern to them, again, absolutely no response from ANYONE from Lou Fusz GMC since I emailed them over a week ago. Tom Treiber was in the office per the front desk so he had to receive my email but this was obviously not very important so I still have heard no response. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from a dealership that does not provide good service to the vehicle nor customer service and working with customers. More
