Shame on Lou fusz Lou fusz gmc damaged new truck's dashboard while diagnosing the issue I had with my truck (warrnenty stuff) it took them 4 days to even look at it. I Lou fusz gmc damaged new truck's dashboard while diagnosing the issue I had with my truck (warrnenty stuff) it took them 4 days to even look at it. I had to pick it up before they could complete the work due to the fact the part needed was 3-5 days out and was leaving for vacation and they said this was cool. But when I picked my truck up it looked like Edward scissor hands put it back together. I immediately talked to the service writer who passed the buck to service manager Tom Treiber who never returned a message or was ever at the dealership upon my visits. I got gmc involved and it took them 5 weeks to get a hold of him, and when he did he lied and said they never looked at the truck. Gmc ultimately took the dealers side. Now I am stuck with damage to my truck. My warrnenty work was completed by gateway gmc was treated with up most respect by them. And the best part is I have the service receipts from Lou fusz and there diagnosis was wrong and way out in left field. These people are crooks and there technicians are amateur. If you want your work done right and have a dealer stand behind it Lou fusz is not the place. Shame on Lou fusz!!! More
