Oil Change and standard maintenance I took my 2015 GMC Terrain in for maintenance service on Friday December 15, 2017. Thomas Childres, Service Advisor was great. He checked my vehicle's maintenance schedule for anything I wasn't aware of. He suggested the coolant flush because my mileage was so close to the recommended, and with winter soon approaching. Thomas, and Amy, and all the Service Advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust there knowledge and recommendations. I always receive excellent service at Lou Fusz GMC. Thank you. More

In and Out Quickly Tom got me in right away and Kevin, the service advisor, took it from there when I arrived. The recall service took about an hour and 15 minutes. Immediate help for my dead battery situation Went to leave for work to find the battery dead. For a same day appt., the web site instructed to call. Within an hour, my car had a new battery and I was on my way to work! Lou Fusz could not have been more accommodating, and everyone was so nice!! More
