While I had a good buying experience, my service after the sale has been terrible. They say they pride themselves on service after the sale, but I have yet to see that. I am still yet to receive a call back from the voicemails I have left and from the people that were supposedly going to call me back. I have probable spoken to more than 5 people and still no resolutions, no caring, no urgency, no willingness to help. More

Not only did she figure out that they could do it they had it done in under 20 minutes thanks to her I did not lose my warranty that covers my windshield for repairs or replacements for the next 5 years, I unfortunately did not buy this car from Lou fusz but definitely will go back to them in the future! He also alerted me to the get-one-free promotion for tires if I purchase a set of four. The time in and out was longer than I anticipated, but overall the service provided was excellent! More

I came in to get more air in the tires of my 2019 Buick Encore and somehow ended up driving out and LOVE IT and it was yet another great experience!
