I recently bought a new Yukon XL from Lou Fusz Buick-GMC. The salesman listened to what I wanted on the vehicle and was able to find the gold truck with the options that I wanted. what a great wxperience this was. This was my first new car purchase on my own and the whole experience exceeded all expectations. All of my friends kept telling me all the bad experiences they had at othe car purchase on my own and the whole experience exceeded all expectations. All of my friends kept telling me all the bad experiences they had at other dealerships. Well, they apparently went to the wrong places and had the wrong salesperson. From the minute I walked in the door, where I was greeted by my salesman, Peter Wolff, it was a treat. Peter asked me a few questions to narrow down what I was looking for, and once he understood my needs he suggested he pull a car up from the back of the lot, as it was raining out. We test drove the car, and once I decided it was the right car for me he put together a purchase proposal that was very close to the price I was trying to get to. In fact we were within ten dollars of what I was trying to achieve. The business office gave me a price on an extended warranty I could not pass on. Before leaving the sales manager, Larry, gave me his card and his information in case there was any issues. I am thrilled to report there were none. I would certainly recommend both Peter Wolff and Lou Fusz Buick GMC to all my friends. More

I recently purchased a 2012 gmc terrain. It honestly was the best experience of my life!!!! upon entering the dealership, which came highly recommended to me by one of my business colleges, I ran into the the best experience of my life!!!! upon entering the dealership, which came highly recommended to me by one of my business colleges, I ran into the sales manager Larry Buschhorn right off the bat. He greeted me in a manner that i was not accustomed to. It was at that point I new this was the place, that I had finally found a dealership home. I did purchase on that same day I was there and was given a more than fair no nonsense price on my new Terrain. I must say, I did have to return back to the dealership a few days later, but it was to bring my neighbor a few doors down to recieve the same experience I did as he too purchased a new vehicle from FUSZ GMC. Mike showed us the different cars on Thursday so we could make a proper decision on what we needed. We then made the appointment for Saturday and Mike showed us the 2012 Buick Lacrosse, we decided on the W make a proper decision on what we needed. Mike then got everything in order that we could take it out for a drive. Mike explained everything to us, we then filled out all the papers, paid cash and was on our way. Car shopping is by far one of my least favorite things to do and the people with Lou Fusz made my experience as painless as possible for me. I ultimately decided upon a 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo. However, prior to making my final decision they were very attentive to what I was looking for in a car and took me around and went over the different features of each make and model that I was interested in and discussed which options provided the most for the money that it was going to cost. If I ever voiced that I wasn't interested in an option they did not try to push it onto me. Regarding price, overall they were very fair and more than reasonable on the value of my trade in. Bottom line, it was a positive experience and I would recommend Lou Fusz to both friends and family. More
I shopped three other dealers before I decided to buy from Lou Fusz. Thinking this was my best deal I drove 225 miles to buy the automobile. After some razzle-dazzle paper work I got home and found I h from Lou Fusz. Thinking this was my best deal I drove 225 miles to buy the automobile. After some razzle-dazzle paper work I got home and found I had been charged $2,000 more than I agreed to. I called my salesman immediately and he had a "manager" call me. This "manager" accused me of trying to make a better deal after the sale. Not so. He also questioned why I would drive to St. Louis to buy a car. I have bought cars in Little Rock and Kansas City - because that was the best deal. When picking up the car the salesman only gave me one set of keys. He said he'd send the other set "nest week." It is now 12 days later and I still haven't received the keys. I have emailed the salesman and he has not answered me. I have called his cell phone and he won't answer because he knows who is calling. I am also due a piece to go over the dealer installed trailor hitch. I have not received that either. Not only do I feel cheated but now am ignored. Dalton Ham More
