Dashboard lit up like Christmas tree I arrived with half the world on Monday morning. Jason got me in and a ride home in no time. The dashboard problem turned out to be a sensor or chip. By the time Jason got it going, I needed a rental to get to work. The repair turned out to be covered under warranty and I was only out $26 for the rental. Every visit here has been great and I am on my third vehicle for this location. More

Also I left my credit card at the cashier office and the office called me at home, locked my credit card in the office safe and returned it to me early next morning with a smiling face. recent visit to Lou Fusz I had to take my Grand Prix in on Fri. cause of a dead battery. When I pulled in and Kevin Graham came out and said hi Mrs. Long I was impressed that I had to take my Grand Prix in on Fri. cause of a dead battery. When I pulled in and Kevin Graham came out and said hi Mrs. Long I was impressed that he knew my name as they see a lot of people every day, I guess that means that I am in there quite often, (sometimes more than I want to be). I am very impressed with the remodeling that you have done as the old chairs were getting very bad, it all looks really nice. You have not put up the plaque's in the showroom showing that Gus was the top salesperson for the month. Drop off was great, driver who took me to work, John, was very polite. I had the car in to change the cabin air filter change and a recall. After pick up, I noticed that there was a noise in the fan of the air-conditioner, so I turned around to have the problem corrected. Upon returning, Amy at the Servicenter checked out the problem. She went back and found the last mechanic who was around, Mike. Both agreed that this was not a normal sound and Mike went to work to try and fix the problem. After troubleshooting for a while he found the problem. A leaf had gotten in the fanblades of the air-conditioner. It took him a while to get things apart, find the problem, and put it back together. But he wouldn't quit until it was perfect. I realize later that he had already clocked out and was walking out the door before coming to check out my car. This kind of dedication and personal attention is not common today. This team should be praised for their proactive and customer focused attitude. More
