Both men made the whole experience extremely easy. They were professional and personable. There was an issue with my car the day after I picked it up and it had to go back in for service for the next week and a half. During that time John kept me informed on the status of the work and went out of his way to accomodate us for any hardship this caused. It wasn't the ideal way to start life with my new car, but it was just one of those things that happens and it was made as painless as possible! More

We traveled 3 hours to view several vehicles, and they had all of them ready to view when we arrived. Everyone there was very friendly, I love that they give you a hands on one on one learning session so you can know about all the features in the car your purchasing and how they work before you leave.
