good experience I got in contact with Brad Matheney regarding a box truck and he was very prompt and detailed on every email I sent. When I arrived I was hooked up with Robbie, he did a great job walking me through everything. While I was finalizing the paperwork Robbie and my two cousins were nice enough to switch equipment from one truck to another. The whole experience took a little longer than I thought it would, alittle over three hours. More

And Melanie Arensmeier, the Delivery Coordinator, did a wonderful job walking me through the new features and helping me set up my GMC app and OnStar account. The entire transaction was seamless. The apparent lack of communication among the team and respect for customers is appalling. I selected Lou Fusz because there was a promise of a “hassle and pressure free” experience through a partnership with my company. This partnership was neither acknowledged nor honored and my experience was anything but “hassle and pressure free.” After one of the most disgraceful, uncomfortable sales situations I’ve ever been subjected to, I submitted a detailed 4-page letter to the Sales Manager who in turn thanked me for the advice and asked to keep me as a valued customer – something I clearly stated I would never be. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I encourage you to avoid the nightmare that is Lou Fusz Buick GMC – please do business elsewhere. EDIT (7/9/17): In response to Ryan, this was a new vehicle - not pre-owned. I have emailed you a detailed summary of my experiences. Per my above review, the sales process was beyond awful and every encounter since has done nothing to change my view on this organization. EDIT 2 (7/25/17): I personally reached out to Ryan Morrow (after searching for his email address that he conveniently failed to provide) on two occasions to address the lack of "welcoming communicative customer service" I received at Lou Fusz Buik GMC and he has completely ignored and disregarded my communication. This continuation of poor service is extremely disappointing and has only reinforced my negative views. More
