Service to my 2016 Buick Encore Spoke with my service advisor, Shelby Parker, to schedule service to my vehicle. Next morning brought my vehicle to the service center. The appointment being set, i arrived at the service drive, gave my name to a service advisor and handed my keys over. Received a call when the service was complete returned to the service drive where I was greeted and directed to the cashier to settlle payment. Stressful One plus is I got a great vehicle...However this will be the last time I deal with Lou Fusz Buick GMC or any Lou Fusz for that matter. They did nothin One plus is I got a great vehicle...However this will be the last time I deal with Lou Fusz Buick GMC or any Lou Fusz for that matter. They did nothing but finagle and switch things around and then rushed me out the door. They would go back and forth about how they could not help me get my payment down on the vehicle I purchased but would not take no for an answer. Finally after numerous phone calls and adding on this and taking off that they were then able 3 hours later to lower the payment amount. Now I am set up with a warranty they claim was "free" and I can't even use due to the $200 deductible. I was talked into putting $3500 down and then was told that I would not be reimbursed for my previous auto gap coverage and extended warranty because it was "added" to the deal to get my payment down. I also asked the finance manager if I needed to update my address in the system because I had since moved. He said no it wont matter. I said well what about the cost on sales tax...it should be fine there wont be much difference. So now that it is time to register my vehicle come to find out its a big difference actually...about $120.00 difference. I called Lou Fusz to see if they can correct the paperwork and of course there is nothing they can do. I was given key fobs for the vehicle but told I'd have to pay to have them programmed. Everything was very pushy!!! This also was not my 1st terrible experience with Lou Fusz however trying to be a loyal consumer I went back...worst idea ever. More
