I called Lou Fusz GMC to inquire about preowned vehicles. Brittany Wynn answered my questions and invited us to the dealership. From the moment we walked in the greeting and conversations that took place were genuine, caring and friendly. We left the dealership to think about several vehicles. Brittany stayed in contact with us. After deciding upon a vehicle we returned to discuss our trade in and pricing. An agreement was reached quickly without undo pressure to buy. Brittany made sure that all the required paper work was in order and was there when we took delivery of the car. Melanie walked us through setting up our Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and answered our questions about other systems.We were surprised this service was offered. She was very helpful. Later, when we needed to make a purchase through the Parts Dept. Cory was also very helpful. He answered questions on the phone and followed though with placing an order. In summary, we were totally pleased with our very positive experience at Lou Fusz GMC. More
