I called and got in touch with Gus Loftis. We knew what we were looking for and we just wanted the best value we could get. Gus was NO NONSENSE, NO GAMESMANSHIP in the pricing. He was upfront, honest, and on point. He even gave us his phone number and answered questions on our behalf after hours (so unusual). Thanks to Gus's quick assessment of our preferences, we got more than what we had hoped for at a price that was well below anything we could have gotten around here. Ryan Powers quickly worked through our financing options, and John Randazzo resolved an issue that popped up in the most customer satisfactory way. Additionally, Kristii Willis, Delivery Specialist was amazing as she patiently, yet expeditiously taught us all the buttons/gadgets/apps/phone connections and capabilities of the vehicle with an awesome smile and joy that just radiated from her. We could not be happier with our experience. I didn't even mention they included a 200,000 mile 10 year extension warranty on the drive train. BEWARE I bought a brand new GMC Canyon on 02/26/23. One week later, the drive shaft and differential were completely broken. They've refused to refund my money on the truck and I've yet to be able to speak with a manager. I can't explain my disappointment in Lou Fusz. I encourage everyone to explore other options before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
