Dave Christianer did a fantastic job. We didn't know a lot about the Canyon , but heard very good things and we loved the way it looked. He was upfront about the pricing and patiently answered all the questions we had-even if I had him clarify several times. Overall a great experience at Lou Fusz GMC. I went to this dealership to buy a truck I saw. After test driving I agreed on a price and trade deal with the salesman and told them to run credit for financing. The salemans came back with financ After test driving I agreed on a price and trade deal with the salesman and told them to run credit for financing. The salemans came back with finance the offer, but the price on the buyer order has went up by $351. He said they had forgot to put a tag fee on it, but did not bother to come tell me before they ran my credit. The financing they offered was way higher than what I had been pre-approved for at my bank. They said I could just go get the loan at my bank. I asked if they could bring the price back to what I had agreed upon since the had already ran my credit and was told no. At first I said I wasn't sure I was going to go for it since they changed the price, but ended up calling the bank and got the documents sent to ge the loan. I called the salesman soon after I left to let him know I was buying the truck and had him send the title image to my bank for my loan. I set up a time to come the next day to purchase the truck. While I was at my bank picking up the check the salesman texted me and told me they were showing thay truck to someone else. I told.gim I was on my way with the check and asked if I was still going to be able to buy it. He would never give me a straight answer and dragged me along to come there and wait around. I come to find out they indeed never intended on letting me buy the truck if the other customer came to an agreement because I was there before they even got a price negotiated, but I was still not given an opportunity to buy the truck. They were keeping me around to use as negotiation tactic against the other customer and just as a back up buyer even though I was the original buyer. More

Lou Fusz was an easy pleasant experience when purchasing my new car. It was my first time buying a Buick and Caleb, our salesman was outstanding in so many ways. He was personable, knowledgeable and not p my new car. It was my first time buying a Buick and Caleb, our salesman was outstanding in so many ways. He was personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. Even after the sale I needed help getting our licenses because they had not come and he immediately took care of the issue for me, even though I don’t think it was his responsibility. I can’t say enough nice things about Caleb and highly recommend him and the dealership. Kristi also did a fantastic job showing me all the features of the car.
