Gave them two changes for service. First time wanted me to leave the new car there for 5 days minimum with no loaner. Second time was a simple oil change and appointment meant nothing. First time wanted me to leave the new car there for 5 days minimum with no loaner. Second time was a simple oil change and appointment meant nothing. In addition I felt a bit of dishonestly as they saw me looking at my car sitting in the same spot for over an hour past appointment time and ran out to move it out of sight. More
I dropped my vehicle off to get a broken window serviced. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that the side of my seat had been broken off. I initially thought the service staff might have disassembled the side of my seat, but when I showed the damage to the first person I encountered, they pointed out that it was broken and didn't believe me when I said it was damaged while under their care. The service technician insisted that they were not responsible for the damage and proceeded to point out other minor cosmetic flaws on my car, implying they contributed to the seat being broken. His body language and attitude were indignant, insinuating that I was lying. I remained polite and said, "Sir, with all due respect, this is not the condition my seat was in when I dropped the vehicle off." The manager got involved and said he would fix it. The service staff asked me to wait in the waiting room. When they came to get me, I thanked them for making it right and fixing the damage. However, when I got home and got out of my vehicle, the side of the seat broke off again. They had crudely fashioned it to appear fixed, but it was still permanently damaged. I don't know who broke the side of my seat—it could have been the person who picked it up or the technician who worked on the window—but I do know they broke it, tried to shirk responsibility, faked fixing it, and had an accusatory nature. My car is ten years old and not perfect, but it's well-maintained, and I love it. My seat had no damage the day I dropped it off, and now it's broken. I do not appreciate this. I understand that mistakes happen and that someone accidentally broke my seat. That's fine—things happen. How they handled it is not okay. If you were in my position and picked up your car only to find the side of your seat had been broken off, what would you say? Now, I just have a broken seat and no recourse. More
Purchased honda from them and was promised oil for 2 years, made an appointment and it turns out they don't have the parts. Waste of time and money to get a run around years, made an appointment and it turns out they don't have the parts. Waste of time and money to get a run around More
They said 3-4 weeks to fix a car (leased and under warranty). No loaner car bc no diagnosis. How long it will take to diagnose? 3-4 weeks. How long it will take to repair? 3-4 weeks. Repair and diagno warranty). No loaner car bc no diagnosis. How long it will take to diagnose? 3-4 weeks. How long it will take to repair? 3-4 weeks. Repair and diagnostics 3-4 weeks. So you get the loaner when the car is ready be to picked up! And that’s not including the 1 week that the car is being dropped off to them. More
Tried to rip me off after Sabastien left me a voicemail. Called and spoke to Bria who said they are looking to buy cars in good condition. They want to buy my car. She set an appt for me to meet her Mgr Ash Called and spoke to Bria who said they are looking to buy cars in good condition. They want to buy my car. She set an appt for me to meet her Mgr Ashley but she wasn’t there when I arrived. I was approached by Adam. He asked Ivo to assist me and it was not only a complete ripoff from there. They play games around down pymt and mthly pymts instead of getting the car you’re interested in price down. Mind you, I just paid the dealership $4000 for repairs in December. It’s only Febuary and they already $2500 dwn pymt for me to “upgrade to a new car,” which was NOT an upgrade nor was it new. Also, I was there three hours while the disappeared when I began asking questions. The games are vicous amd exactly why GM getting sued. More
I drove 40 minutes to get to the dealership a car was supposed to be there, promised to me even the color, but when I got there, there was no vehicle. The only reason I stayed is because the Salesman, Na supposed to be there, promised to me even the color, but when I got there, there was no vehicle. Stay away from this dealership at all costs! They refused to print out the sales contract on paper & did it only begrudgingly when I said I wouldn't sign . They tried to add on $5,000 in extras and when I caught them they gave me attitude! The worst is they tried to add on a $1,300 fee for paying cash! But far and away the worst employee is the sales manager, Adam Mahmoud, who takes the honor of being the worst car salesperson I have ever come across in my 40 + years of buying cars. His rudeness, unprofessionalism, and attitude are a fine example of the culture at Lou Bachrodt Pompano Beach. This dealership is a great place to recommend to your enemies! More
