As far as the appointment setting are you doing this on line or calling in? Better yet please call me directly at 954-247-5245. I am here Mon. thru Fri. 7:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. I would like to be able to answer any questions you have and take personal care of you. I am sorry that your service advisor did not let you know your car was ready!! I do care. Please just ask for Judy
