Tire monitor system service light came on on my way home. I called 12 times before anyone returned my call. Grease or lubricant is all over my tires and wheels after having 4 new tires installed. I was also being charged $50 more per tire than the order confirmation I received. The cleanliness and overall care of the customer waiting area is disappointing. No one seems to be in charge of anything and there is no sense of care for for a positive customer experience. Your Service department will be the reason why I don’t purchase another vehicle from your dealership. More

Not at all happy with service-communication with service dept was poor and we were told that the repair was not covered under warranty..$1700. out of pocket. Dealership blaming Warranty people and Warranty dept was poor and we were told that the repair was not covered under warranty..$1700. out of pocket.
