When you bring your car in for an oil change and tire rotation they are SUPPOSED to check the tire pressure. Obviously your service techs did not check my tire pressure because the dashboard has my Taho rotation they are SUPPOSED to check the tire pressure. Obviously your service techs did not check my tire pressure because the dashboard has my Tahoe at 30PSI instead of the 35 denoted on the label on my door. This is the SECOND time this has happened. Therefore I have zero confidence they are actually checking everything they are supposed to. Thankfully my lease expires soon because I will not be bringing my car back! More

Tire monitor system service light came on on my way home. I called 12 times before anyone returned my call. Grease or lubricant is all over my tires and wheels after having 4 new tires installed. No one seems to be in charge of anything and there is no sense of care for for a positive customer experience. Your Service department will be the reason why I don’t purchase another vehicle from your dealership. More

Not at all happy with service-communication with service dept was poor and we were told that the repair was not covered under warranty..$1700. out of pocket.
