The gentleman that assisted me when I was there was Sam Mercado. He was very polite and took good care of me. He told me something about noise in my front wheel. I told him I will be back the end of the Mercado. He was very polite and took good care of me. He told me something about noise in my front wheel. I brought my car in for service because I feared that there was something wrong with my front brakes. The service advisor told me that it would cost $ 185 for the inspection of the brakes, but that amoun there was something wrong with my front brakes. The service advisor told me that it would cost $ 185 for the inspection of the brakes, but that amount would not be charged if I was to have the work done to fix whatever was the problem. Within a very reasonable time the advisor said that they could find no problem with brakes and because the time spend on the inspection was minimal, I would not be charged the $ 185 I was surprised and very pleased with the no charge. I felt that I was treated as a valued customer. Kudos to Lou Bachroldt Chevrolet of Coconut Creek. More

I had an oil change scheduled at 8 am it was not completed until 11a. I would have liked someone coming in and explaining why it was taking so long. Normally it takes 45 min.
