My service advisor Brandon Shoppert is great to deal with. The entire service department is friendly, but more importantly , trustworthy. Everyone from sales, finance and service, have a no pressure approach. Making the dealership very comfortable to work with . I have a Chevrolet dealership close to my house, but I drive 35 minutes to LB because I know I will be treated properly. My next vehicle will he purchased there. Service department was good! Our appointment time was for 11 am! We did have to wait an extra hour (total of 2 hours) because the service center was behind schedule!
