Service personnel were polite and friendly. There was a possibility of my repair taking up to a week. But their service dept. was able to diagnose the problem, and I was able to pick up my belo There was a possibility of my repair taking up to a week. Took the car, a suburban, for alignment, was told it would take around 2 hours, so I agreed and waited, I think that took one hour, if so, I was already called to give my car back with the paper work do would take around 2 hours, so I agreed and waited, I think that took one hour, if so, I was already called to give my car back with the paper work done and the alignment print out, that was done almost to perfection, very good experience.
