Customer service was exceptional! Pablo greeted me immediately, made me feel very welcome. He set me up with salesperson David. I laid out my situation and what kind of car I was look Pablo greeted me immediately, made me feel very welcome. He set me up with salesperson David. I laid out my situation and what kind of car I was looking for, David found three cars within my price range and specifications in less than five minutes. We test drove each car, he answered any and all questions I had (and I had quite a few)! Any questions on which he wasn't 100% sure of the answer, he partnered with Pablo. David was courteous, easy going, and real easy to talk too. He made me feel like I was the only person that mattered. I fell in love with the black 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS! It felt like home when I drove it, like a comfortably worn slipper. Due to my situation the guys from the financing department teamed together to get the best rate possible...not gonna lie, I was anxious. During the wait, David and I had a lovely conversation, got to know each other a bit, sipped some water, and had a few laughs! Billy from financing approached and told me the great news...A FINANCIER TOOK ME ON! YAY!!! We did all the paperwork. I got the insurance set up through my insurance company the following day and had keys in hand once they received the insurance binder. The whole experience was unlike any experience I've ever had a dealership. It was so smooth, and the communication between David, Pablo, and the finance team was truly beyond expectations! I walked out smiling, giddy, and honestly happy with my purchase and will highly recommend Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet/Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used car. 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is far too long when I showed up on time for my appointment. It put me back for the rest of my day. I felt rushed, I didn’t get my coolant topped off and it’s low. Came back two days later to get my coolant top off and found out Brandon put i declined tire rotation which is not true. In fact I was told by Brandon since the tread was low on my tires that there’s no point in rotating them. I never declined tire rotation as he input it in notes in the computer. More
