The service was done properly but the lack of communication by my service advisor was unprofessional. My car was there for three days and I struggled to get hold of my advisor to get an update. communication by my service advisor was unprofessional. My car was there for three days and I struggled to get hold of my advisor to get an update. Finally I was called by a different advisor telling me my car was ready and to pick it up. It wasn't until I arrived at the dealership the next day that I had the invoice total or the resolution of the issues. I will continue to utilize this dealership but will be more selective of my service advisor in the future. I've been a customer of this dealership for 7 years and not experienced this before. Everyone made you feel like you were being treated like their parent, but at the end I realized I had made the wrong decision to buy my lease through them. It has taken me a few days to write this because I am so upset with myself and stressed out. I was upfront and told them I don’t play the game very well and did walk out the first day I was there. I would have bought a new vehicle if they didn’t take forever to give me a price. That’s when I walked out with no price. Part of this is my own fault for believing what people say and not really reading the paper work because I really felt pressured or bullied. I got home and really looked at my loan papers I was told it was 4.2 the paper says 4.9. They kept throwing the word fidelity around making me think this was the gap insurance it was not. The gap and extended warranty information did not print while I was there. What a surprise when mailed to me to see the extended warranty I thought was through GM was mechanical insurance through Fidelity. I already have this through GEICO and never would have taken this through them to add three thousand dollars to my loan. I was also charged $1295 fee from the dealership for fees. After watching the news this week I learned this is negotiable and I never should have paid it. Shame on me for not calling GM financial before doing this Thank goodness I can cancel the gap and extended warranty I hope. This is why I hate going to dealerships. I should have trusted my gut and taken the 2.9 loan my Bank of America offered because I am a preferred customer. Now I have to take weeks or months to figure out how to cancel fix and redo my loan.
