Took my 2015 Chevy traverse for an oil change, after waiting for an hour, was called by service adviser saying that they could not do the oil change because I had an extensive oil leak, they showed me t waiting for an hour, was called by service adviser saying that they could not do the oil change because I had an extensive oil leak, they showed me the undercarriage wet with oil, told I had to bring the car for a serious investigation.I took the car for another mechanic, he change the oil filter and the problem was solved.
