The bad started when we dropped the vehicle off. Someone failed to unlock the exit gate. When I returned to the service center to inform someone of my dilemma I was told to go out through the entran Someone failed to unlock the exit gate. Not once but 3 times. I was then told that a problem I am having with the windshield fogging can't be duplicated so they can't fix it. That after being told that they are aware of this problem. Also asked to have my air filter life reset from the previous visit when I had it changed. They failed to do so. Everyone that I encountered there needs to work other customer service skills. More

David, pablo, and bill made all my dreams come true when I bought my corvette from them. I was not the easiest person to deal with and they were still able to meet my demands. They did this by running a carfax on the competitors corvette and calling me personally to inform me of the bad decision I was about to make. They literally called as I was about to sign my life away on a 3 previous owners vehicle with an accident. I really dodged a bullet on that one with their help. They then picked me up and brought me to their dealer where I was able to get the vehicle of my dreams at the price I wanted. Thanks again guys. I'll be back for sure! More

While I am very satisfied with the vehicle I chose, the gentleman in the finance department Mohammad ensured that I most likely will not be back looking for another car there anytime soon. He seemed very cold, didn't understand why I didnt want to purchase a brand new car, and was a bit insulting when I wanted to finance 5,000-7,000. He told me over and over that no bank would take the loan because of the year of the car. He definitely didn't care about the interests of the customer and only was polite to me after I walked back into the dealership with 5 grand cash. He didnt even finish closing the deal with me, just had his co-worker who reeked of cigarettes do the rest. Thanks again to Bill who went out of his way to assist me for many hours.
