My son went to this dealer to purchase a new Traverse which the dealer didn't have. It seemed that many of the sales folks at this dealership were riding around with them and this dealer tried to sell my which the dealer didn't have. It seemed that many of the sales folks at this dealership were riding around with them and this dealer tried to sell my son a demo which he waited around to see for hours. He hadto come back a second time because the dealership couldn't find one after he was called by them and was told they had a traverse to show him and when he got there was told by sales person the owners daughter had it and he waited around four more hours because the sales person had to drive over to the owners daughter house,and when my son finally saw the vehicle it was very dirty inside from her children who she drove around in this vehicle. He finally became irate and left. He went to Toyota and purchased a Camry and a Venza. Renae the sales lady was very curteous and helpful. It wasn't her fault that the business was run like a zoo.My son waited around on nov15 Sunday for six hours,and the second time he went there waiting for this Traverse he was there for four hours.
