Because I am an idiot and like to believe people are honest, I did not review the final contract like I should have; I was tired and it was late. However, it's what happened and they do it every day. Take my lesson as yours if you dare go there. Mine was a bad deal. If my review helps one person not to get taken for $4,700 then I guess it's better than nothing. So, if you go then make sure you review EVERY charge. They are not your friends. We go out and buy a car once every few years while they sell cars every day- remember that. More

The Sales experience was fine. Everyone was helpful and I walked out with the vehicle I wanted. However that’s where it stopped. When they detailed my vehicle they missed several spots on the interior. Also walked out with the vehicle I wanted. However that’s where it stopped. When they detailed my vehicle they missed several spots on the interior. Also they never tightened the hubcap on my car and I lost one on the highway. They are refusing to help me replace the hubcap so now I will have to go spend more money on my new to me car. So be warned they are great until you walk off the lot. Attention to detail seems to be lacking here. More

Like several of previous posts by people, we went to the dealership to look at a used car. We found out very quickly that the price they have advertised on Auto Trader was not real! They were expecting to g dealership to look at a used car. We found out very quickly that the price they have advertised on Auto Trader was not real! They were expecting to get almost 10k more for the same car. These additional fees were not disclosed on AutoTrader and manager was quick to blame them. But it is actuality dealership’s responsibility to make sure they have the correct price! This is called “baiting”! The manager knew about it and said that owner likes to post his cars certain way on the internet! This is a bad practice! I wish a read all the reviews before I drove 45 min to go and talk to these guys. I can not recommend doing business with them. More
Unfortunately we did not read the reviews before we traded in our car. We are very unhappy and will be seeking legal advice regarding their practices. Great people and staff in November of 2019 I went in looking for a used car and after a bit of haggling I walked out feeling great about my purchase and experience, well two in November of 2019 I went in looking for a used car and after a bit of haggling I walked out feeling great about my purchase and experience, well two months later my car got involved with a hit and run and totaled. I walked in to speak with Billy Janetvilay (F&I Manager) about some paperwork I needed for the file claim and after speaking for a bit he then took me to the sales manager Kenny Gillard who looked at the inventory and directed me to a car. The sales associate Bryant Resor listened to what was my situation and lead me along. He even drove me to the rental place to return my car. Long story short is that these three gentlemen went out of their way to make sure I was very satisfied with everything and anything.. They treated as a person instead of a commission. I highly recommend theses three for your needs. More

Nothing like getting ready to leave ***BUYER BEWARE*** I bought a vehicle from Lou Bachrodt one month ago, only to find out it has a leak in the roof! Nothing like getting ready to leave for work and sitting in a wet seat! Yes, used vehicles are sold “as is” in most cases but you are told how “thoroughly” an inspection of the vehicle was completed and each vehicle is sold in exceptional condition. No issues, clean carfax! Well, not so much!! Their “inspection” of the vehicle was negligent, nonexistent or just simply ignored. They refuse to help solve the problem and just told me to take it to a dealership of the make of the vehicle. Not our problem... Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty...sadly, water leaking into the vehicle externally is not covered on most warranties....so now I’m paying $$$ out of pocket for a car I bought a month ago. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM LOU BACHRODT CHEVROLET!!! More

The price without the trade-in would be inflated by over $3,000. What a waste of time!!! More
