Tire monitor system service light came on on my way home. I called 12 times before anyone returned my call. Grease or lubricant is all over my tires and wheels after having 4 new tires installed. No one seems to be in charge of anything and there is no sense of care for for a positive customer experience. Not at all happy with service-communication with service dept was poor and we were told that the repair was not covered under warranty..$1700. out of pocket. I was misinformed daily and was told the vehicle would be ready the next day but waited for one and a half week before receiving the vehicle. I was not offered a loaner vehicle until seven days later. Overall dissatisfied and was not offered any compensation for the prolonged uncertainty of delivery of my vehicle. More
