This dealership is absolutely the worst. They shove fees down your throat and act like there is nothing they can do about it. If I could give a zero I would it was the worst service I’ve ever received at Lou Backroad Chevrolet. I waited two hours for oil change when people that came in to get their brakes fixed and other issues w I’ve ever received at Lou Backroad Chevrolet. I waited two hours for oil change when people that came in to get their brakes fixed and other issues were leaving before me and they had arrived after me I never was able to sign off on any of the information I also asked for them to check on the recall for the wiper blades and he said oh no there’s no recall yet I received an email and a letter in the mail the next day it was also left outside not offered any water or any kind of service whatsoever after I went in and I could see that my car was still hanging and they weren’t doing anything yet I will never go back to Lou Backroad Chevrolet and they never will get service or but I will never buy another car from them ever again More
