Not an honest dealership! The advertised prices they use are there to get you in the door. Then come all the added fees, prep fees, doc fees, miscellaneous fees, etc. In total The advertised prices they use are there to get you in the door. Then come all the added fees, prep fees, doc fees, miscellaneous fees, etc. In total it adds up to over $5,000 every time we have went in there for an inexpensive used car! Nothing you can do about taxes but instead of just rolling all the 'dealer markup fees' into the price for an honest one they play games. The most recent interaction the internet sales lady actually cut me off a few times when I pressed on these hidden fees. Save yourself some time and find an honest dealer. More

On top of additional xxxxxxxx fees that they break down into reconditioning fees, administration fees etc. Any legitimate dealership will show the true price and not try to hide thousands of dollars. We drove 5 hours to get there just to hear all the lies… we asked multiple times before we made the drive any hidden fees and if the price is right on the internet. But when we get there, they gave us different number and a low offer on our trade in car almost half on what the Kelly blue book says. Internet price is too good to be true! Don’t believe on what you see online. They have a bad reputation for years. Lesson learned, read reviews before you deal with this company because they are horrible. More

BEWARE of their advertised price on cars. com. They DO NOT just add the $999 dealer fee and $495 electronic fee. They tried to add and additional $1900 for shop fees according to salesperson. com. I have had my car in for service two times in the last year or so, and every time I am there they tell me my parts are on back order. I take my car back home and NOBODY EVER FOLLOWS UP. When I call my service person to get an update on these parts, I NEVER GET A PHONE CALL BACK. The way they do business in their service department is disgusting. I am pretty sure they are blowing me off so that my warranty expires. I would never ever ever buy another car from Lou Bachrodt nor refer my worst enemy to go there. More
