2021 Jetta bought on January 8, 2021The internet 2021 Jetta bought on January 8, 2021 The internet advertised price on this 2021 Jetta that we made an appointment to test drive was $14,069. After dr 2021 Jetta bought on January 8, 2021 The internet advertised price on this 2021 Jetta that we made an appointment to test drive was $14,069. After driving and deciding to buy, the price given to us was $20,155. We showed our printout of the price being advertised on the internet of $6,000 cheaper. Our salesman, Mike, went to speak to Imports Manager, Jordan Castle. Jordan explained that the price advertised was with all discounts and the lowest price possible, to get people in the door. We should have gotten up and left at that moment. He offered the price of $19,000. After much discussion between my husband snd I and explaining to both Lou Bachrodt employees how manipulated we felt, Jordan explained how he did not want us to give our salesman a bad review or to lose our business and stated he’d give us a price of “$17,400 OTD” and he would throw in two free oil changes. Again after my husband and I discussed it, we agreed to the $17,400 OTD. Once we met with the finance department I again saw there was a different price cash price of the vehicle, it was $18,117.00. The finance employee again called Jordan into the office and he showed how we had agreed to this price snd the way he reached it was 18,117 +1153 sales tax+626 documents fee =$19,896 minus OuR down paymentour money of $2,500=$17,396 OTD, then he stated four dollars cheaper than what I said of $17,4000 OTD. Two days later I still feel completely manipulated. More
