Good experience. Somewhat rushed. I feel like there could have been more transparency. After buying my own car fax report I discovered info provided wasn’t 100% accurate - not horrible, but not 100%. I did not receive a written copy of the certified inspection report by the dealer or the car fax report. That should be standard. Will need to now follow-up. They did a good job on financing, but price didn’t start out any better than average. Room for improvement, but overall good as compared to other dealer experiences. I think Al Luna does try his best and was very busy at the time. To be expected. More
