Prosper Rubino is a friendly and courteous dealer. It was a pleasure to work with him. He walked us through the OnStar setup and all the basic details of our vehicle. One thing about Prosper is that he’s “the real deal”. You know his concern for your satisfaction is genuine. We rate him 5-star personally but the dealership overall a 4-star because of our experience with the finance manager. The finance manager did not make us feel welcome when we entered his office. We don’t recall him even congratulating us on our purchase. He was insulting when he learned we didn’t want to finance the vehicle. His demeanor and comments made it seem unwise to pay cash for a new car. He also gave misinformation about the vehicle. He said all GMC trucks have auto shutoff at traffic lights to conserve fuel. Our salesman let us know that this was not true for our vehicle. The finance manager also said the service department provides free car washes as long as they aren’t too busy. Turns out you only get a car wash when your vehicle is serviced. Finally, he didn’t bother to shake our hands when our transaction was concluded. In addition, we were videotaped and audiotaped as we signed final paperwork and presented payment. More
