Car test drove was clean and well presented. Documentation physically posted on the car was incorrect. Car had a noticeable/obvious drive train issue the sales person tried to pass off as none Documentation physically posted on the car was incorrect. Car had a noticeable/obvious drive train issue the sales person tried to pass off as nonexistent. While I understand the point is to sell, the issue is prevalent in many online forums (what to be aware of) on the car model I drove. Car was indicated as gold certified, then I was told that would cost me approximately $1000 more. They never followed up with me, as requested (no follow up at all). Knowing this, I have to wonder what would entice anyone to go back to this dealer. Previous experiences to look at vehicles at this dealer were good. Not all of those visits involved a test drive. I will visit other dealers prior to visiting this dealer again. More
Never again. Received a notice that the parts were available for a recall and to contact service. Left a message no response. Stopped by the location, lady said they would order the parts and contac available for a recall and to contact service. Left a message no response. Stopped by the location, lady said they would order the parts and contact me. Month later I had to contact the dealer again (parts were available - why didn't you call me?) so we set up an appointment. Dropped the car off the night before, and get a call - we don't have the parts. Explained to the person that they needed to find the parts because I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the appointment. Received a call back, oh we have the parts. Next day, get a text "car is ready". Pick up car at 5:30, learn they couldn't get the car into alignment on the rear end (which is where they installed the recall part). Just had new tires and alignment the previous month, no issues. Couldn't get it into alignment because the "the springs were broken". If that is the case, then why didn't you call me and tell me there was an issue while the rear suspension was taken apart? Asked to speak with the GM because this is nonsense. Not there will call. Told me they would install springs and eat the labor. Pull out of the dealership and notice my tires are overinflated by 8psi. Drove back, explained the over inflation. Was told that it wasn't the service staff, must be the weather conditions (apparently tires now increase in pressure when it is cold outside). It was in the upper 40's. Noticed it was listed on the alignment receipt that the pressure was normal before they started and they increased it by 8psi during the alignment. Service manager had no idea where the shocks were (inside the springs - ahh no), not idea that you need to set the pressure to Manufacturer Specs on all tires to get an accurate reading, no idea what the part was that was replaced (they replaced the tie rod. Ah...no they didn't). Had the springs inspected by mechanic - not broken. No call from the General Manager. The prices they quoted for JUST the springs and mounts was 3x the cost of any retail establishment. More
