It was a great pleasure working with Sam again. He is very personable, and went above and beyond to try and make me happy. I know that I am a hard guy to please, especially during negotiations. He was very transparent and honest, deserving of 5 stars! My only issue was the final paperwork, and finance person. I believe he was a bit dishonest, and got one over on me. Claims of free products, and services when actually rolling more money onto my loan, 350 $$$ for oil changes on top my loan!! Well, you live and learn, and my only regret was not catching it sooner. But, aside from that, my overall experience was good, especially Sam Ferille! I would recommend him to anyone. Also, I do love my car.... so there is that! Thanks again Sam More
