Pre-owed Chevy Silverado Z71 I bought my 2010 Chevy Silverado from Fil. I have never bought a car from a dealer before and I have always refused to buy a car from a dealer because I had a VERY bad experience in the past (Anderson Toyota). "You know. You need to go through lots of paperwork and I don't know if you really want to go through it" was the answer I got after I tried to get a car. Fortunately I met Mike and Ron that guided me through my process of getting a car and I can say that I LOVE going to Lou Bachrodt because I am always greeted in a positive way. Even now after I bought the car, Mike keeps in touch with me making sure I love my car and I want to say that I would DEFINITELY go back to Lou Bachrodt in the future and I would like to thank both Mike and Ron for their help. If I ever know of anyone looking for a car I will definitely refer them to Mike and Ron!! Thanks for your support and changing the image I had about car dealers!! More

I couldn't wait to write a review because the entire experience was phenomenal! Mecie was the first person we had contact with over the phone and she was so pleasant. Then we met her in person and she w experience was phenomenal! Mecie was the first person we had contact with over the phone and she was so pleasant. Then we met her in person and she was just great. She was so sweet and genuinely excited for us on our new journey of purchasing a vehicle. It was great just to talk with her even for the few brief minutes we spoke. Fil was our "salesman." I say that with quotations because I never once felt like that's what he was. I had expected to go in and be pressured into purchasing something way out of my price range and something I didn't really want. What I actually got was completely different. I did not feel pressured at all and felt as though I actually had options. Plus, I walked out with the exact vehicle I had my heart set on! I gave Lou Bachrodt a 5 on everything because the people there made my experience so wonderful. Thank you so very much for the customer service from all involved, but especially to Mecie and of course Fil. I know where I will be coming to get my next vehicle. Man Ive been looking at 2500HD trucks and every time I look at their website their prices are so much more than the competition. I mean not even close, what they have on a base diesel I can go and buy a l look at their website their prices are so much more than the competition. I mean not even close, what they have on a base diesel I can go and buy a loaded truck for. Then you ask them to work on the price and they expect to make a fortune. It is sad to say that this is the local chevy dealership in Rockford. More
