Brandon Campbell was my sales person. Very great people skills, he sat me down and asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and directed me to a wonderful 2013 Chevy Impala. It was red, beautiful, and since I commute for work, the highway gas mileage suited my needed. Honestly, I dont have the best credit, however he did what it took and I was able to drive off the same day! My payments are affordable, the vehicle is wonderful! It came with wonderful benefits and I got to try out ONSTAR for a couple months and I love the convience of it. I would most definitely recommend this dealership, let alone, this sales person to absolutely anyone! The best dealership with awesome sales people i have ever came across. They will do what it takes for you to be happy! More

Al helped out greatly allowing for both test drives and lending all requested information on both vehicles and information on other similar vehicles on the lot. I did not go to the dealership with the intention of buying a vehicle since I was uncertain as to how the cars drove. With some persuasion and assistance from Al, he helped in finding a happy bargaining medium for purchasing a Sonic. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured at any point making for a very good buying environment. More

JR and Henry are top-notch! I visited this dealership a week ago and they didn't have anything that I was interested in. JR called me a week later with a Mazda that came in and I visited this dealership a week ago and they didn't have anything that I was interested in. JR called me a week later with a Mazda that came in and he thought of me right away. I agreed to come in and look at it, fell in love with the SUV and drove home in a kick a** Mothers day present!!. JR and Henry did a superb job getting the deal done with BETTER numbers than we were originally looking at! Can't seal the deal. Bob Christenson was fine to work with. Mitch Nelson was rude. I walked in pre-financed with a deal that had been made with Bob. Mitch can't figure out the GM/USAA rebate system and became rude. In the end I wasted 6 hours dealing with Lou Bachrodt. Went to Reichert Chevy in Woodstock, IL. Beat the Lou Bachrodt price by $1K on the same Chevy Sonic with more options. Gave me $500 more for my trade in. Reichert was also able to beat my banks interest rate by 4 points. Won't be back to Lou Bachrodt. More
