I have seen him not only go out of his way to find a car for me but also for other customers he worked with. He is very conscientious and works with extreme integrity. He is the reason I shop at Lou Bachrodt. I can trust what he says and no matter when a problem arises he is quick to respond. He has also given me his cell phone in case of any questions that arise. I am not very knowledgeable about automobiles but I know if a light or I have any type of problem he is their to help. Never complaining or making me feel stupid. Richard is such an asset to this organization. I have recommended many people to him and the company. I have been to other dealerships and have never been as impressed as I am with him. Never once did he push me in purchasing or putting me in a car I was not satisfied with.
