I financed a new Hyundai Elantra years ago from a different dealership and was not impressed. I never felt pressured at Bachrodt's and actually had a fun car buying experience. Joe Luy the Chevy Salesman, TJ the VW Salesman, and Chris the VW Sales Manager were awesome. I was able to test drive vehicles BY MYSELF and these German cars blow my mind. I drove GM vehicles for years before my Hyundai purchase and love American automobiles, but European cars are on a whole other level. Plus, the Passat is actually manufactured in the United States. If you want to have a good car buying experience, I can't recommend this dealership enough. More

Went in for an oil change and left with another car! This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any dealership. Ever. People are wonderful and not pushy. Including fixing a mechanical issue, and repairing a scratch on the car, all before the paperwork was done!! They gave us a fair offer on our trade-in, sight-unseen. All this happened on a Thursday around 4, we were busy on Friday and I assumed we'd come back on Saturday and finish the deal since our trade-in was still in our driveway at home. Not a chance!!! Salesman Jeremy Weathers rode back to our house with us to pick up our trade in and drove it back for us!!!! Did I mention we live 40 miles away? When's the last time someone did that for you? Promise you the world only to turn it upside down. Went in for the Credit Recovery program. The letter that was sent to me stated we were approved for $27,000 then when we got there they told me they w Went in for the Credit Recovery program. The letter that was sent to me stated we were approved for $27,000 then when we got there they told me they would have to run my credit and so they could give me a better idea of the real amount they could loan me. They came back and told me I was approved for $20,000 we found truck and they let me take it home for the night. Upon returning it the next day and telling them I wanted it, they all of the sudden needed a $3000 down payment and I had told them in the very beginning that I only had $500-$1000 to put down. If this information had been shared in the beginning the embarrassment of the whole situation could have been avoided, as I would have never even looked there. So now I have another ding on my credit with no vehicle. Thanks, Lou Bachrodt. More
