Taking a look at the BMW's My husband and I came into your dealership today to check out the BMW's. We were greeted by Josh Schneider. Very professional and personable! We are My husband and I came into your dealership today to check out the BMW's. We were greeted by Josh Schneider. Very professional and personable! We are not ready to purchase a car yet. As we told Josh we will be seriously looking in 2016 to lease or purchase a new car. We narrowed it down to two vehicles. We still have to test drive and see all the options that BMW has to offer. We will be in touch from time to time. As my husband will be retired, I will still be maintaining my home based business. We will be making some financial decisions during the following year. European Delivery About a year ago my family and I decided to take European Delivery on a German car. After a lot of research it looked like BMW had the best program. About a year ago my family and I decided to take European Delivery on a German car. After a lot of research it looked like BMW had the best program. We started to visit dealers to see what we could find out. We went to a large dealership in Schaumberg figuring they would be better equipped to deal with the complications of such a program than our small dealership in Rockford. We drove a 4 Series and decided that was the car we were going to order. Once I told the salesperson that we were going to do a European Delivery he lost interest in dealing with us, I gave him my business card and I even sent him an email and it was never returned. I guess they only want the deals that they can close that day or within a week. I decided to visit Lou Bachrodt BMW in Rockford to see if they could help me, but I didn’t have high hopes. Boy was I wrong! Richard Dummer the Sales Manager had first-hand experience from taking the trip himself a few years ago. Richard walked us through the whole process so we decided to order the car from him. The trip was fantastic and I would highly recommend European Delivery as a great way to mix a vacation with picking up a new BMW and I equally highly recommend a visit to Richard at Lou Bachrodt when you make the decision to place the order. Sent in a couple requests via Chevy website and within a half hour Heather Krenz contacted me. Heather was friendly and amazing in communicating thru email on some options. When I arrived everyone makes you feel comfortable and they had a huge selection. Heather set me up with Brandon Campbell. Brandon is a absolute class act. A true professional. I wish we could clone him because down to earth sales people like him are truly hard to find. Brandon got me set up with another friendly guy named Larry to get the financing where I needed and off I was in the truck I wanted. Easy as pie. Normally vehicle buying has been a dreadful experience for me but now I know where ill be heading from now on.
