Not happy AT ALL Brought my 2014 Cruze in for first scheduled service. When they got done, I get into my car, and it smells like burnt oil inside. As I drove the smell got much worse, so I pulled over and popped the hood. Clearly the mechanic spilled oil all down the front of the engine and on the exhaust, and didn't even bother to clean it off!! So, I drove back to the dealership ( fairly angrily) and pulled into the service area. Got out of my car and popped the hood open again, and stood there. After about 5 minutes of being ignored (I don't think Nick was there anymore) by 4 different service writers, a 5th girl came out of the office. I asked if she could help me. I told her what the problem was, and she called for a mechanic on her radio. No one answered. She asked again, and finally someone came up from the shop. He told me they would get it all cleaned up. HALF an HOUR later they finally brought my car back out. They did NOT get it cleaned! I had the stench of burning oil for almost two weeks afterward. That they spilled the oil doesn't bother me as much as the way I was treated when I came back to complain. I was completely ignored by 4 different people. Then took them forever to "clean" the engine. Then just gave my car back. No apology. Nothing. Nick was helpful on my initial visit. I had no problem with him at all. And, I believe Courtney was the person who finally helped me when I came back, with the oil all over the engine. More

Before I A BMW has been in my dreams for years. Last week returning from a meeting, following a whim I stopped at Lou Bachrodt’s – ‘just for a look’. Before I had finished walking around the BMW closest to the showroom door Josh Schneider, the client rep, approaching me said ‘Hello’. My ‘experience’ had begun. Josh is welcoming and casual. As I was soon to learn, he also is well versed not only in BMW data but also in human relations. Sooner than I realized I was engaged in conversation. Although my initial intention was simply looking, Josh was engaging me. Surprising even myself, I discovered I was talking about ‘my BMW’! Josh listened carefully attentive. I was even asking questions. Josh responding, gave me the info I needed – it was always accurate, sufficient – never more than what I needed. After a short while I found myself listening more and more to Josh. Only later do I realize he is leading me to be very well informed in ways that were very helpful but about which I had never even thought. Josh is people savvy! He is very helpful. After some time we agreed that I had made a decision except for one thing – the color was not what I wanted. Suddenly he sparked and then said he had my color except the car had not yet been detailed. So Josh created a plan for me go get my car – the details are not important for this review. The plan worked flawlessly. Now I’m a proud and happy BMW driver….I love ‘looking’ at my BMW! Summary: Josh is technically knowledgeable about BMWs - he educated me quickly and easily. He understands human interactions and relationships in order to help, not to exploit, the buyer. Reflecting on my experience as a human transaction I feel enriched having met Josh – he’s a friendly guy and I’m glad to know him….in some ways my BMW experience was doubly enriching for me. More
