A pleasant visit but long visit. Everyone was friendly. The service was good, and I enjoyed their customer seating area upstairs. However, I had to wait three hours past my oil change Everyone was friendly. The service was good, and I enjoyed their customer seating area upstairs. However, I had to wait three hours past my oil change appointment time. I didn't like the three hour long wait, and it seemed like they were overbooked. Anyway, I will still go back for the next oil change. More

Recall i went in for a recall part. It was busy but when it was my turn no hello, hi, or how are you today. I stood there and when he got done, he didn't tel i went in for a recall part. It was busy but when it was my turn no hello, hi, or how are you today. I stood there and when he got done, he didn't tell me about when it would done or o will get you when it is done. After 2 hours or more I went down there and they said it was done. If I didn't go down there I don't know how much longer I would of waited. He said sign here for the paper work and under his breath said thank- you. Next time I will go to Belvedere to get my work done. I was going to but I thought this was closer. I won't do that mistake again. More
