I owned a 2009 VW Tiguan, which I was trading in for a newer VW Tiguan Firstly, VW client adv August 8, 2015 I just Purchased a new 2015 VW Tiguan! I owned a 2009 VW Tiguan, which I was trading in for a newer VW Tiguan Firstly, VW client advisor, Amanda Nolan greeted myself and fiancé with a welcoming smile. She offered us coffee, water and food. I hand a real expectation (sine I had to finance), on exactly what I wanted for a monthly payment and exactly what year, make, model, color and features that I wanted included with my 2015 VW Tiguan. Secondly, Ed Sennett, in financing presented several options and I qualified for a 1.75% interest rate. Ed was so business financially minded yet shared his past experiences of working in an emergency room. Since Iam a Registered Nurse he took extra time to share some medical language with me, which in return his financial language made more sense. Thirdly, In the past, their VW service department, Courtney was exceptional! Fourthly, While waiting on the main show room floor , George Schaffner, upper manager actually remembered me from October 2014. He recalled the service that was implemented on my 2009 VW Tiguan. How impressive! In addition, The 2015 Tiguan had a keyless entry and some features that had changed. Amanda Nolan sat and answered all my questions and implemented demonstration and hand over hand explanation on the revised features on the 2015 VW Tiguan. Very Good Experience I bough a new Jetta. I went into the dealership knowing I wanted a Jetta, but wasn't certain about which one. My sales person, David was very helpfu I bough a new Jetta. He didn't bug me about how much I wanted my payments to be, how much I made, etc. before I even had a chance to take a test drive. He showed me a number of options, asked why I wanted what I wanted in case there would have been a better fit with a different car I hadn't considered. The time waiting once I had decided what I wanted took what seemed forever, but was actually reasonable. Overall, I had a very good experience. More
