He also made it clear that he would be my point of contact in the future for any questions about the SUV. He also took me back and introduced me to the service person who would be handling all my maintenance on the vehicle. My last experience of buying a vehicle was not as pleasant as this one, so I was surprised. More

execellent I talked with Jim several weeks ago that I was looking for a used Tahao or suburban about ten years old. On Aug 5th Jim called saying he had located a 2015 Denali XL and we made arrangements to see the vehical. After a short test drive we deceided to purchuse. Jim then followed the vehical through a safety inspection to insure the vehical meet Bachrodt standerds. On Aug 7th we took delivery and Jim walked us the final purchuse agrements and spent several minutes going over all the features of the vehical. Then on Aug 10th He called to see if everything was working okay and if I needed anything just to give him a call. All in all a plestant experiance. More
